Online Store Working Hours

You can place an order in our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Order processing is carried out from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Your order will be processed on the next business day. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details of your order.

If your order is received on a weekend, our manager will contact you on the next business day.

Payment

Payment for goods is possible:

1. Online payment.
Payment is made using Visa and MasterCard cards from any bank.

2. Bank transfer.
Payment is accepted to our bank account. The account details for payment will be sent after the order is placed.
To make a payment, follow these steps:

    PrivatBank website:
Go to the "My Payments" tab → Enter the account number → Click "Enter details manually" → Enter the purpose and amount of the payment → Go to the cart → Confirm the payment.

    Privat24 app:
Select "Payments and transfers" → "Ukraine" → Enter the account number → Enter the purpose and amount of the payment → Confirm the payment.

3. Cash on delivery.
A fee of 2% + 20 UAH for cash handling will be added to the payment amount. Items sent "cash on delivery" require a prepayment.

Delivery

Orders with prepayment received before 11:00 will be shipped by Nova Poshta on the day the payment is received. If the prepayment is received after 11:00 or the order is shipped via other delivery companies, the shipment will be postponed to the next business day.

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by postal and courier services:

• Nova Poshta;
• Ukrposhta.

(“Nova Poshta” allows you to return a shipment within 14 days of receipt via a simplified process — just inform the branch operator of the tracking number.)

If the Buyer prefers to use other postal or delivery services, please contact our managers to clarify the terms and timing of shipment.

International delivery is available. To clarify the conditions of this service, please contact our managers, who will help calculate and select the best cost and delivery time for your order outside Ukraine.
